1. Scope and our privacy roles
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information CHEIO AI (“CHEIO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through cheio.vip, related pages and forms, sales and support interactions, AI demonstrations, CHEIO-operated campaigns, and the services we provide directly to customers.
CHEIO may act in two different roles:
- As a business or controller when we determine why and how information is used—for example, information from our website visitors, prospects, customers, and CHEIO marketing.
- As a service provider or processor when we handle leads, contacts, recordings, messages, appointment information, or other data solely on behalf of a CHEIO customer. In that situation, the customer controls the data and its privacy notice and instructions generally govern. Requests about that data should first be directed to the business with which you interacted.
2. Personal information we collect

We ask that customers and users not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and specifically supported by the service. CHEIO does not intentionally request government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, biometric templates, or precise geolocation through its standard services.
3. Sources of information
We may collect information directly from you; from CHEIO customers and their personnel, leads, customers, websites, forms, calendars, and connected systems; automatically from browsers and devices; from advertising and social-media platforms; from communications, analytics, payment, scheduling, hosting, and integration providers; from referrals and business partners; and from lawful public or commercial sources.
4. How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:
- provide, configure, personalize, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services;
- respond to inquiries; qualify leads; conduct demonstrations; follow up; schedule and confirm appointments; and provide support;
- create, manage, measure, attribute, and optimize advertising, email, SMS, voice, review, reactivation, and other campaigns;
- operate AI-assisted text and voice features, generate responses or summaries, route conversations, and support automation;
- create accounts, process payments, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, collect amounts due, and maintain records;
- communicate about services, transactions, updates, security, offers, and events;
- analyze usage, campaign activity, service quality, and business performance;
- enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- carry out other purposes disclosed at collection or with your direction or consent.
5. AI systems, calls, recordings, texts and email
CHEIO services may use artificial intelligence to generate or assist with text, speech, summaries, lead qualification, follow-up, appointment scheduling, campaign content, and recommendations. Information submitted to these features may be processed by CHEIO and contracted providers to deliver, secure, evaluate, and improve the relevant service, subject to contractual and legal restrictions.
Calls may use an AI-generated or artificial voice and may be recorded or transcribed when configured and legally permitted. Appropriate disclosure or consent may be provided by CHEIO or the CHEIO customer responsible for the interaction, depending on context.
If you affirmatively request or consent to CHEIO communications, we may contact you by call, AI-generated or artificial voice, SMS/MMS, or email using automated technology where disclosed. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of CHEIO marketing texts and HELP for help. Use an email’s unsubscribe link to stop CHEIO marketing emails. Revoking marketing consent does not prevent necessary transactional or service communications.
6. Cookies, analytics and targeted advertising
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember settings, understand usage, measure conversions, prevent fraud, and support advertising. These technologies may collect device, usage, referral, and advertising information over time and across websites or services.
You can control cookies through browser settings and, where available, our consent controls. Blocking some technologies may affect functionality. Where required, we recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.
7. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information:
- to hosting, CRM, communications, AI, analytics, advertising, payment, scheduling, security, support, and professional-service providers that help operate CHEIO;
- to the CHEIO customer on whose behalf we collected or processed the information;
- to advertising platforms, social networks, and connected services at a customer’s direction or as needed to measure and manage campaigns;
- to business partners or integrations you request or authorize;
- to comply with law, legal process, governmental requests, or to protect rights, property, safety, and service integrity;
- in connection with financing, due diligence, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or a similar business transaction; and
- with your direction, consent, or as otherwise disclosed when information is collected.
We may use and disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you, and we will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law.
8. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
CHEIO does not sell personal information for money. However, depending on the technologies and campaign configuration used, disclosure of online identifiers or activity to advertising or analytics partners may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or processing for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws.
Where applicable, you may opt out of such activity by using available cookie controls, sending a recognized opt-out preference signal, or emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out.” CHEIO does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by information type, customer instructions, account status, legal requirements, and operational need. We may delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain access to it;
- correct inaccuracies;
- request deletion;
- obtain a portable copy of certain information;
- opt out of targeted advertising, certain sales or sharing, or qualifying profiling;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
- withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; and
- appeal our refusal of a request where applicable.
To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe your request and state of residence. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. You will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
If CHEIO processes your information solely for one of our customers, we may direct your request to that customer or assist the customer in responding. To appeal a Virginia privacy-rights decision, reply to our decision or email the same address with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
12. Supplemental notice for California residents
The categories described in Section 2 summarize the personal information CHEIO may have collected, used, and disclosed for business purposes during the preceding 12 months. The corresponding categories of recipients are described in Section 7. CHEIO retains each category according to the considerations in Section 9.
California residents may request access to categories and specific pieces of personal information, correction, deletion, and information about disclosures, and may opt out of sale or sharing as those terms are defined by California law. CHEIO does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law unless we provide a separate notice. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information unless disclosed in separate program terms.
13. Children’s privacy
CHEIO’s websites and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to CHEIO, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
14. International use
CHEIO is based in the United States. If you access the services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of the services after the effective date is subject to the updated Policy.
